This year, as well as voting for your new board, we have been working hard to improve our processes and legal requirements as we enter a new phase of AWTE in terms of chapters overseas and out Global membership. We want our members to be involved and so as if you cannot attend the AGM we would like your vote by proxy.
You must be a member to vote and an email has been sent to all members, however we also enclose the proxy form here with and explanation of the changes we plan. If you do not have a copy of the proposed Articles and new chapter/bye-laws then get in touch with us email@example.com and we will send the details to you.
We would sincerely appreciate it if you could complete the proxy with your vote to help us move forward with the Association for the year ahead. Alternatively bring your vote to the AGM – there is still time to book
Exciting times for AWTE – please ensure that you have renewed your membership in time, again we have sent all renewal documents to you and you can pay on line (just add your invoice number please).
