AWTE is a member organisation that offers networking and professional development opportunities to support the
careers of people in travel, tourism and hospitality.
Membership is open to people whose business or career is predominantly in travel, whether they’re entrepreneurs or in
a corporate role. Also open to men in travel who are dedicated in supporting and developing opportunities to help progress women in travel careers.

There’s a saying, “there is no greater project you will work on than yourself.” This session will help you understand what personal development truly means, why changing yourself is often easier than changing others.

This session is all about discovering yourself in a safe and supportive environment, surrounded by colleagues from the industry. Dive deep into self-exploration and personal growth, and afterwards, enjoy networking drinks with a twist.
